God made our sexuality mental, physical, emotional, complicated, and beautiful! Everyone has some odd interests, and we should look at them with humor and joy instead of guilt. Every single one of us is a sexual creature, and we need to embrace our differences as part of us. God made your sex drive too, and everything funny and strange that goes with it!
I disagree with the above poster. Would you say that about someone who is involved in pedophilia? Is the desire for small children just a beautiful quirk in that person's sexuality that God innately gave them? This is a very dangerous statement.
Comparing odd fetishes with pedophilia is like comparing ruby to shooting people. Yes, some people do sexually abuse and victimize others for the sake of their own gratification, and that completely wrong. But it's ridiculous to say that because there are pedophiles in the world, the only kind of sexuality that's okay is traditional white-picket-fence-missionary-once-a-week. What you said, that my statement is 'dangerous,' implies that sexuality is one big slippery slope and if we start letting people get into weird foreplay then the next thing you know we're going to have complete moral degradation. But being weird doesn't make something bad, it's not a slope from white-picket-fence-missionary to odd to evil. Having sex at all is probably one of the weirdest things you'll ever do. As C.S. Lewis said, "No people find each other more absurd than lovers."
